Its been a month & I haven’t yet received my refund amount. Every time I email them, they create a ticket & keep asking for some more time. No actions are taken.
They ask for paytm transaction history. I have already sent the copy twice, yet they do nothing.
It doesn’t take so much time to refund the amount.
There is no credibility in the brand.
Worst experience ever, I would never suggest this to anybody.
