I’ve ordered 2 products from urbanic (order id: 211027195635094001) on oct 27th and got it delivered on nov 7th. I don’t like the fit so I returned them on nov 8th. It was a prepaid order and I still didn’t receive the refund. It is saying that the refund is processed. But I haven’t received a penny. Also I’ve cancelled an item from my order (order id: 211107174315094003) placed on nov 7th which was also prepaid and didn’t receive its refund too. I have to get a total of Rs 1382/- and i don’t understand why it is taking so long. I am also worried about the other prepaid orders that I’ve placed in the website. I wan’t the refund to be issued to my account as soon as possible.
