First i placed the order ..then they provided the info that the order has been placed and its confirmed … later around after 3 weeks they provided info on the app that there will be slight delay in reaching the order due to heavy demands .. so I waited for another 2 weeks then next week they cancelled the order by saying that it’s out of stock and they provided info in the app that the amount will be refunded to actual account within 3-7 working days… now the days passed and it’s been months since … and still my fund is not refunded … pls don’t choose Urbanic for shopping .. they are looting money and kindly please don’t trust them … and I contacted their customer care service and they are not taking further steps in refunding the amount to actual account
