I placed an order on 12 July and according to the app it would be delivered to me in 8-12 days. On 22nd July I checked regarding my order and it still had not shipped, so i canceled it. I placed an order for the same clothes again because the website showed that the items would be delivered in 2-3 days. But it has already passed that period of time and I have not gotten any idea about my package and if it has even shipped yet. The customer care service has been dismal and unhelpful.
