The online shopping company http://urbnsound.co.in/ is a fraud. It is showing attractive discounts on a popular brand and then looting people of there money. Even after paying them in full for the order there is no order delivered or it’s processing information on the site. Now even the site is down. I placed an order for a smart watch and speakers on there site amounting to 498.

The payment was done through paytm and the payment was done to MOODYFASHION. The order is done on 28th June 2022.
Kindly look into the matter and take action so as to no other customers get looted. Would be good if my money can be refunded. Can you please look into this?

What the hell is happening to you people’s …why you all are making customer fool by doing all this ..it is making your company image spoiled and no body is going to trust you..i have placed 2orders on 2july and (order no 24250 with amount 498 and order no 24229 with amount 597) via online payment …but from that time to uptill it is showing order is in process ..nothing change in this,so please it’s a request either refund my amount or send the ordered product delivered asap. Otherwise I am going to post about your fraud on all social sites and make people aware about your fraud .
