urdoorstep.com – Expired products delivered & products missed to be delivered

Placed 2 orders on 4Apr2016 & both delivered on time on 5Apr morning.

However half of the delivered products are already expired products & one product was not delivered at all.

Contacted customer care immediately & stated in detail the issues & explained that am in need of replacement urgently. The customer care executives assured me that the replacement will be sent by 16:00 IST.

When I didn’t receive any replacement delivery or call till 17:30 IST, I contacted the customer care again & learnt that no action has been taken against my complaint since the cust care persons didn’t pass my complaint to the required team.

It’s not as if the expired products are not available elsewhere – I chose this website to give it a try once. The experience is highly dissatisfying due to quality of products delivered & products being missed & bad cust care service.

If they want to retain customers, they should rectify all these, esp. check the expiry date & deliver.
