Dear Sir,
I have purchase a MPPT solar charge controller 12/24/40 Amp from urjakart.com with order no. 200032652 as on 08/01/2017.I make full payment Rs. 9090 through debit card.As per product time line 5 ti 7 days product will dispatch.as on date 17/01/2017 product is not dispatch so i am cancel the order.As on 18/01/2017 order cancellation mail comes from urjakart.com in my gmail account and as per company 5 to 7 business days money refund completed but till date i have make many communication but money is not refund.
