I’ve purchased 2 suite pcs on 19th Feb. Because of the bad product quality I returned both the items. They delayed the return pick up and now it’s more then 2 weeks. I still have not received my refund of Rs 1200/-. Saturday a lady called me up and said by Monday(21st March I’ll get the refund but now it’s Tuesday(22nd March). When I called up the customer care someone told me withing nest 7 days I should get the amount. From last 1 month sometime they are saying 1 week sometime 48 hrs. But they are not refunding me the amount.
