I ordered a product on 1-12-2015. order no 53190. But cancelled the order immediately i.e. even before processing of the order at their end. it was a prepaid order and I paid Rs 1349/- for it. I Requested them to refund my money and gave them details of the my bank account (on phone and email)but they have not refunded my money till now. they have a 15 days money back guarantee and Its been 23 days but even after repeated calls & emails my money has not been refunded to my bank account.
