i have purchased one dress material from uttam vastra vide no 273261 dtd. 23rd feb. 2016. unfortunately defective material was received in bag. i have returned the same on 27 feb and the same was received by uttam vastra – surat by 29th of feb. 2016. i have also submitted my bank account detail on 29th feb. for payment transaction.

value – 699+180 = 879/=

after repeated reminder they were deposit just rs. 100 /= insted of total rs. 879/=. after more and repeated reminder at their customer care but no proper reply and also not received my payment still today. whenever i call at customer call center their reply is the same that your money will deposit in next 5 to 6 days.
