Uttamvastra.106/107 shri mahavir textiles market-opp.bhaktidham temple-Magob.Surat.

I purchased two salwar kameez dress materials online from uttamvastra in the month of Feb 2016.i made the payment thru my ICICI creditcard(rs 799 and rs 699).One of the order was 250252(rs 699).I returned that dress material (order #250252).and it collected by the Aramex courier on the 7/3/2016(receipt #40434425356).Its been now almost 2months tht I havnt received my refund.I have been calling their customer care dept every alternate day and everytime the representatives gives excuses and promise to refund the money in 3-4days..they don’t refund it.they also gave false cheque reference number saying that they have transferred the money.but when I checked with my bank they say tht there is no transaction as such.(cheque ref #57063b3616ffb).This company is a fraud and the people working there are trained cheaters.I don’t have any hope of getting my refund.Even the Aramex courier person confessed that Uttamvastra company don’t refund the money..These fraudsters should be punished and their company should shut down.
Hope some action is taken against such people..
