on 29/01/2023, I booked online 2 air tickets from Kolkata to Guwahati for 31/01/2023, soon after payment made through Debit Card, I found that both tickets were aborted. Thereafter, Varafi.com told me on mobile call that they would be refund the money within 48 hours. Unfortunately during these 5 months, inspite of my several calls and emails they are not responding suitably. It seems that they are great frauder. my booking ID is VID3377956997 and VID8852625596 in name of Sanjib Kumar Dhar and Sanjay Sarkar respectively.
