Vastu vihar claims to be a world class township. But the quality of construction of buildings is pathetic. There is water seapage from roof as well as side walls near ground leve. Many people house door have bend within 3-4 months in first monsoon only. In varanasi phase I one jayanti bungalow roof has collapsed during rain. Please have a look at newspaper clipping I have attached.
