We had booked a 4BHK in Sanjeeva Orchard project from Vedic Realty and marketed by India Bulls
The agreement was done in Mar 2013 and project completion and handover was in Mar 2016 inclusive of 6 months grace period
Even today the land is not clear as its having litigation issues which was hidden from buyers and not a single block is complete. For our block even the first floor roof casting not yet done!!!
We have made hundreds of calls, sent several mails and have told we want to exist and asking for a refund of our 30% amount along with compensation
Till date no response…we even went and met the Senior leadership of India Bulls and Vedic but no use
They are launching new projects but cant pay back our refund!!!
Anyone who has booked in this project pls reply back to this so that we can combine and fight for refund
