I have booked for vegetables through veggies.shophappily.online and paid rs 416/- through google pay. But until.today i did not received any thing and amount also not returned. Please help us in.this

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
We always try our best to deliver order to our customer on time.
But incase of any delivery issue or any other unfavourable circumstances if order don’t get delivered to customer on time then we take a grace period of 15 days to deliver the order to customer.
If the order didn’t get delivered to customer within the 15 days of time period from their date of order placement then the order amount get refunded to the payment source automatically in next 15 working days.
