I was browsing through net and saw the above online store offer for fresh vegetables and fruits. Their website looked to be genuine. Though I had doubts whether i should deal with unknown site,i decided to take the risk and placed my order re.19946 dated 9th November 2021 for ₹165 and paid through UPI. The delivery was promised on 11th November. Since I did not receive items till 13th I sent email asking status. Finding no response i sent another email asking for refund. Till date no response or refund received. I appears that this company is not genuine and i understands cheated so many people. I want criminal breach of trust to be applied and action taken as per law and customers to be paid back with penalty. It is a lesson for me and others that one should not trust such advertisements even though attractive.

If the order didn’t get delivered to customer within the 15 days of time period from their date of order placement then the order amount get refunded to the payment source automatically in next 15 working days.
