Ordered through online shopping. (vegetables). From Veggies.shophappily.online order number 28693 on 18th November 2021 amount 221.50 rupees amount debited through Google Pay (UPI payment) TO [email protected] account (Fruad Merchant) . But didn’t receive any vegetables.

We always try our best to deliver order to our customer on time.
But incase of any delivery issue or any other unfavourable circumstances if order don’t get delivered to customer on time then we take a grace period of 15 days to deliver the order to customer.
If the order didn’t get delivered to customer within the 15 days of time period from their date of order placement then the order amount get refunded to the payment source automatically in next 15 working days.
