Ordered Vegetables on 17 november 2021 in the website https://veggies.shophappily.online/ and said it will be delivered on 19 november 2021. It was not delivered. Paid 300rs for vegetables and still haven’t received the grocery. No updates from the website whether it will be late or not. Totally disappointed.

We always try our best to deliver order to our customer on time.
But incase of any delivery issue or any other unfavourable circumstances if order don’t get delivered to customer on time then we take a grace period of 15 days to deliver the order to customer.
If the order didn’t get delivered to customer within the 15 days of time period from their date of order placement then the order amount get refunded to the payment source automatically in next 15 working days.
