I purchased a Yamaha Ray ZR from Velocity Motors Shakespeare Sarani Kolkata in March 2019. It is more than 1.6 years and I am yet to receive the number plate. Howrah Motor Vehicle is saying that the number receipt is with the showroom but the showroom is denying it. I have endured absolute harrassment from Velocity Motors on this issue and even after 1.5 years my scooty is absolutely useless. Request stern action against Velocity Motors and immediate resolution to my problem.
The number is out however the number plate is yet to be received followed by the smart card
