I have purchased 2 pieces of kurtie worth Rs 800+162 courier charges,but they have send two very cheap quality Saree worth of Rs 200-300.I tried to contact them on the mobile no. given in courier slip but the no. is always switched off neither the courier man who brought the courier is attending the phone.they have mentioned return policy on their website but it doesn’t work at all.they have also mentioned customer care no-0123678000 but it doesn’t work at all.
Kindly help me in this matter as soon as possible.
