My Name is Sarika Gauri, i Submitted a request to renew my Passport. Mailed my Documents Including my original passport on 14th of December 2023. upon not receiving any response i called them after a month, then i emailed them regarding this. everytime i call them, they tell me to wait and they always tell there is no record found regarding my renewal process. when i track the Mail from UPS it shows delivered. its been more than 4 months. i need my passport to continue my further immigration process. plz help me, i dont know who to complain or how to get my passport back.
