I applied for the visa to Ireland with our three members on 2nd March 2024 and paid fees for all three together. system debited my account and paid to vfs global. but i received a message that you have to pay fees individually. they have not returned my money or rather they should have not taken money for three persons together.
now I am applying for my fee refund from almost thirty 35 days and they are not refunding my money. I am simply running from pillar to post however till now no response from their side. it is really disgusting and frustrating that nobody cares about the general public.
I keep on daily their help desk they say it is in process but till now money has not refunded in my account. I need help in my case. please guide me what can I do to get my money back and where can i complaint about them so other people should not suffer. if I have done something wrong, they can direct me or guide me, but they are not bothering at all. transfer money taken a simple click from your system then why they are taking so many of days. please help.
