I tried recharging my phone on 3 may through vi app . but it was unsuccessful but money was deducted form my bank account of rs 199 I had to get the recharge done again on 4th may but I never got the refund of my 3th may payment form bank
I have complaint about it to many time form Email and through calls but my issue was never resolved bank told that payment is transfer to vi company
