I had invested Rs.12 lacs at the interest rate of 13.5% p.a. for three years. The company paid interest regularly for 3 years and after that the company refunded me 5 lacs and the balance of 7 lacs retained by them for providing me a flat Duttapukur, Kolkata on the condition that they will pay interest till the date of handing over possession of the flat. Three years has passed but they have not given me neither possession of flat not making payment of interest.
