I invested an amount of Rs.12 lakhs in October, 2010 on interest @13.5% for three years and during this period of 3 years the company paid me interested. After that the company refunded me 5 lakhs and held 7 lakhs for giving me the possession of a flat but till handing over the flat, the company agreed to pay me the interest of 13.5% on Rs.7 lakhs but neither the company is paying me interest nor refunding the money i.e. Rs. 7.00 lacs.
