I am not an investor directly, I booked flat in barasat, but that was never completed anytime, after that we requested to give back money. They convert that into land. Paid 7 lakh for Land in siliguri near gondar more. But documentation process is not completed registration also not done. Total payment made. No representative is contactable to complete registration process. How to getback land/money don’t know. Please suggest how to proceed and get back our money.
