hello sir my name is santosh kumar my company name is video king movies i was facing a very big promblem above 4 months my problem is that I took your preferred package on March 9, in which your company stated that they would provide me with 20-25 leads, and all of them would be verified leads. Also, any direct inquiries would not count towards your leads. Until now, I have received 25 direct inquiries, out of which not a single lead has been confirmed, and none of the leads are verified. Now your company is telling me that my package is complete, and not a single lead has been confirmed. This is my problem, and I am being asked to renew the package again. Whenever I call Sandesh or my account manager, there is no response. So, sir, now please tell me where my 27,000 has gone or if it has vanished. Please solve my problem.
