Videocon D2H Service – poor customer service

My Customer ID Number is – 94346418

Since last 15-20 days my set top box keeps hanging. I am not able to watch any channel.

At best I can see Home channel.

I tried calling customer service number 4-5 times but after spending 15-20 minutes to explain the issue and answering questions from customer service specialist phone gets disconnected. No call back after that.

Obviously issue is not yet resolved even after 15 days and 4-5 attempts

I request to

1) Resolve the issue earliest

2) Addition of 20 days of lost time

3) Clarification for not able to resolve issue so long and poor customer service.
