Vijay Raja Homes advertised their new project, Vijay Raja’s Exurb, on the full page of a popular Tamil newspaper. However, when we visited their office and enquired about the price, they said that a one-bedroom unit would cost 12 lacks or more.
And the apartment would only be about 400 square feet in size. so 1 square foot is between 3000 and 3200…
There are so many projects available in omr at this cost. Be careful when purchasing in Vijay Raja’s suburb.
