Visas Simply – Abhishek kakkar

hiii i am Rajni kapoor client of visa simply, i wanted to complain against Abhishek kakkar who works in delhi office, i have applied for refund my money and he not only delayed but also ignored my phone calls and emails. When i visited their office he has assured me that he has forwarded my application and i have to wait for their response, but its been 5 months i did not got any response from their side, whenever i called him i always got answer that either he is not in office or he is on meeting.
