hi I am aditya and i have enrolled with Visas Simply for PR in Australia, They provided hoax promises.However my application was rejected on 28/11/2013 and as per the agreement i would be getting my full amount paid as refund. I have contacted Abhishek Kakkar/Pooja Sakhuja/Shivangi/Ethan Moore/And ever Dee Ahluwalia None of them are attending my calls or replying to my mails neither are calling me back.When I called them many a times I have been told that They all are in meeting! Please let me know whats the appropriate way to take action against them.

All those who have complaints about Visas Simply, wether you are in Canada, UK, Australia, India or Philippines, we can all file a complaint altogether..Those people who are planning to go to them, I can show you proof that all they need is money..After you paid the professional fee, you will be left hanging then will get a refusal letter from the embassy.. You can file a complaint to MARA and from there we can take their advice and proceed legally..There are so many of us all around the world. This should stop! I think the previous councellor of Global Visas is now working for Visas Simply.
