Hi i am working in VisionTree Ventures Pvt. Ltd in Ahmadabad
and they are treating their employees as labour .
they are torturing me every day when i have submitted my resignation. actaully there every served only 1 months notice period but they have asked me to serve 3 months i agree again they are misbehaving with me they donot know how to talk with female employee then i write email to hr that i donot want to work here pls relieve me then they are not discharging me asking to pay 2 months salary.
this is the worst company also they are not providing my PF as i have worked 1.6 years there .
please suggest me what to do or help me to come out of this problem.
