I ordered fitplus smartwatch throgu online on June 7, 2022for the first time in this site. The payment was cash on delivery . the cost of the watch was Rs. 1999/-. I received one parcel throug Amazon delivery agent after paying rs.2000/- as cash on delivery on 15.06.2022 . When I opened the packet, i found 2 pair of Bangles though the package said fitplush SW. Immeaditely I contacted the the Whatsapp no9517578896, which is the only contact point. They promesed to send a smart watch. accordingly I recieved another package on 24.06.2022. This time also I opend the package and found to have few more glass bangles with some in broken condition.. Again I complained to the same whatsApp no on 26.06.2022, since I was away from my address on 24 th and 25 th June. The item was delivered to the neibour. This time also they promised to send a smart watch and a package was received on July 1, 2022. This time the package contained a watch but it did not work. I am trying to send the watch back and get my money. But no response from the whatsApp no
