I have place an order on an online shopping website www.vistakart.in and i have paid amount at the time of purchasing from website through online medium. But when I got my parcel it contains the worst stitched product, which i have not ordered. I have received an email fro their side which is as folows:

Now when i am trying to contact them they don’t have contact no and also not not responding to my emails at all. they are ignoring their customers. Please help me in this, resolve the issue by either refunding or by delivering my exact product which i have ordered.
