I had booked a villa one month in advance in karjat from Vistara stays, they cancelled it a day before in the evening. They simply sent the money back, and said there is last minute technical issue at the property. They take full or half payment while booking for their safety for cancellation from our side but what about ours. We had our plans for the weekend for a group of 16 people. When they cancelled nobody was ready to receive my calls or revert on messages, they just vanished. I deserve a compensation for the same. This is not the way to treat their customers, they have so many properties they should have accomodated us to another villa, but they did not care a dime for their loyal customers who have booked in advance. This was the worst experience I ever had. They did mot have the courtesy to even talk and listen to me or compensate in anyway. They are writing reviews from celebrities as if they are doing an amazing job, what about us not like we were not paying the price for the same. This is a fake website and scammers to be told.
This is not the way to treat clients at the first place. They are judging the clients, if they are celebrities then they might not cancel the booking. They felt us high and dry, no considering or accomodation, spoiled our well planned weekend, without compensation. Worst experience ever!
