Cheating, fraud, extracting money by showing fake profiles.
Gayatri from Vivahguide.com,Chandrapur branch contacted me on 27 October,2021saying they are matrimonial service provider and can provide suitable matching profiles.After noting my details and requirements,sent me 2 girls details and photos on whatsup,out of which 1 was suitable by name Madhuri.
She told me that the girl was also interested in me and made conference call with girl who showed interest in my profile.
Gayatri afterwards told me to take membership of Rs 5000/- to get the girls contact no. and told will also provide other profiles if any problem happens with this girl Madhuri.I told can pay only Rs 2000/- now and balance afterwards which she agreed.
Payment of Rs 2000/- done on 1November 2021.She gave me the girls no.I tried contacting the girl who was not responding.
I spoke to Gayatri employee of Vivahguide.com about this who asked me to wait and she will clear the matter.
Gayatri called back saying that the girl has changed her mind now and not interested now,and will provide some other profiles.
Sent 2 irrelevant,none matching profiles .I told her to send suitable matching profiles and she told will send soon.
Afterwards Vivahguide.com Chandrapur staff not responding to my calls,messages.Even the Senior person Manjusha disconnected my phone after I spoke to her.
Totally fraud .cheater team of Vivahguide.com Chandrapur.
Even Head office no one picks up.
want refund.No service provided.Only cheating and extracting money.waste of money registering with Vivahguide.com
Afterwards no reply, not picking up phone
.Extracting money by showing fake profiles.after payment ,not receiving phone.
Avoid any contact with Vivahguide.com company and its franchises.total waste of money.
