I have ordered 3 combo set kurtas And the received dresses are so bad they are the second hand clothes they have fooled us so I request to ban this type of companies and request to plz refund the money

* Get refund / replacement / damages from Vivalady.
The product I received is not as per order. Totally different . Not a single cloth matched. Second hand clothes.
It feels like they cheated us.
Not well .
If I not positive response .
If I not get refund , I’ll go to consumer court.
Email id is fake. Phone is not reachable.
It seems like they’re fraud
