The trip on bus PY04A2545 to Hyderabad on Dec 12 was a disgrace. The alternative driver occupied our berth, and my family was made to wait. Bedsheet unchanged, instructed to sleep on the same spot. Disgusting conditions – filthy curtains and bedsheets stinking of neglect. Immediate action is demanded. Rectify this or face public exposure of your deplorable service.
