I was trying to order Motorola G51 mobile handset through Amazon where the cost is 15999 but noticed that it cost 14999 in Flipkart. As I was in the process of booking the order in Flipkart I noticed this VLE Bazaar window offering it for 13999. So I ordered it by paying the amount through net banking as this site doesnt have cash on delivery facility and they accept only prepaid orders. But in this site there was no tentative shipping and delivery dates whereas Flipkart and Amazon stated same day shipping and next day delivery. Soon after the booking I got a SMS from one Shiprocket informing me that the mobile is packed and ready for pick up by the courier Delhivery. After that there was no further information from them and my efforts to contact them also proved futile. Then I went to Delhivery site and using the Airway Bill No., provided by Shiprocket I tried to trace the package and to my horror I noticed that the courier had made two attempts on different days to collect the parcel but the parcel was not ready for pick up. As I got suspicious that something was fishy I tried to fine out about VLE Bazaar in the net wherein I was surprised to note that they have been appointed as overseer of Rural Start ups by the Department of Electronics, Govt., of India. After that when I saw the customers’ reviews there was not a single review in favour of them as everyone unanimously stated that it is a fraud company and nobody should purchase from them as they send refurbished second hand goods of different brand than the one that was ordered. The reviews also cautioned that it is not at all possible to contact them to return the goods and get the refund. Then one Davinder of VLE Bazaar contacted me over phone and informed me that the mobile I ordered was not readily available and that he would send a mobile of the same configuration and cost, a brand new Redmi Note 10. After knowing about the true nature of VLE Bazaar I thought it is better to receive it and accepted the offer. At last the package arrived and when I opened it I found an unsealed box containing what appeared to be a brand new Redmi Note 10 without its original 33 watts charger. As the phone was of the same configuration, looked beautiful and worked well without any problem I decided to keep it. The next day my neighbour who visited me saw the new phone and was looking at it closely when he noticed a crack in the body at the bottom emanating from the 3.5mm headphone socket which I had missed to notice because of poor eye sight as I am a 70 year old pensioner. So I tried to contact the VLE Bazaar guys to return it and ask for a refund but there is absolutely no response from them. But I am surprised how these cheats are allowed to operate freely at will even after so many complaints and how the Dept., of Electronics, Govt., of India has recognized them as rural start ups welfare supervisors. Hence I am writing this to give vide publicity about these money guzzling suckers so that other gullible persons dont fall prey to these Govt., patronized scamsters.
