I had ordered a gamepad Cosmic byte C1070T Interstellar wired from Vle Bazaar and it was clearly written that the product in new. Then I got the delivery one day late and when I opened the box there was another refurbished gamepad ” Quantum QHM7468 wired.
When I tried to return the product I was not able to do that because there was no return ID which was required in the website replacement.
Please help me
