It has been a week since I canceled my order. Paid Rs. 11,999 for a refurbished mobile. Order #281441. When I realised it was not even getting dispatched I placed cancellation request. Now it has been over 1 week and I call them everyday but they keep taking more time. My cancellation number is #6542. Request to help me get my hard earned money back from them.
