I had placed an online purchase order for Frontech Computer Cabinet – FT-4230 on June 26, 2021 with order id 817503 from VleBazaar. I had done online payment of 1199 rs/- for the product.
It has been 10 days now and from the time I had placed the order and done the payment, I could see only “order is under processing” in status and there is no further communication from the provider. I made several attempts to call, but you cannot go beyond recorded message about customer executives being busy. I had sent email asking for an update and the reason for delay in processing my request, there has been no response to that. When I checked their website for cancellation of order, I see no provision in “my order” tab to cancel the order.
After 10 days, I realized I made a blunder in trusting such fraud sites and I just want a refund from the provider. I strongly recommend people who read this comment to be aware of such many fraud online shopping sites, who are cheating customers. I hope the mechanism is strong enough and people like us get justice and strict action being taken against such frauds.
I request this forum to take my complaint on Vlebazaar and help me get refund for my order placed on June 26, 2021 with 1199 rupees.
