14-02-2023 An order of 3 printers (2 nos of HP Laserjet P1108 Single Function Monochrome Laser Printer & 1 no of HP Smart Tank 500 Colour Printer) were placed by making a payment of 35,497.00 (Payment Id:pay_IvoicKhgYGdFgj)
01-03-2022 Received only 1 no of HP Smart Tank 500 Colour Printer and web site showed that order was completed.
01-03-2022. The customer service was called and they confirmed that only one printer out of three has been dispatched. The rest two will be processed soon
16-03-2022 The customer service was called thrice but none attended the call
19-03-2022 The customer service was called wherein I was told that if the rest of the product will not be dispatched within 24 hours the amount will be refunded.
28-03-2022 The customer service was called and was told to refund the money. The customer service executive kept the call on hold and after holding for 10 min I had no other option but to disconnect the call. I further made a call but none attended the call.
