I had placed an order for a mobile phone with credit card payment on 10th June 2020. While the amount has been received by the company, there is no intimation on the status of dispatch even after 5 days. The mails are not being answered. Phone calls are either disconnected or the executive shown to be busy every time with the recorded message that my number has been noted. Most irresponsible and unprofessional behavior on the part of the company.
I had placed order no.261489 on dtd.29.07.2020 for mobile, but till the date mobile handset not delivered on my address.This is tensefull due to non response from vlebazzar .
Kindly deliver the same consignment at the earliest possible and reply on my mail
