I wish to ordered a biometric finger print device but mistakenly i ordered (#22876) for its registration services and the order took process without a serial no of products after the 24 hrs i got an revert mail of order pending due to product serial number, than i tried to cancel my order online but poor website only have option to cancel which is not working. I called to customer care to cancel the order and process the refund in my card which i used to pay, but the lady denied and said registration services cancellation will only credit back into your wallet and can only use for repurchase, means the amount not credited/revert in my card and also i cant withdraw it from wallet.
I tried to place order on dt.29.07.2020, in this regards i paid payment of rs.4799/-through my credit card ending with 0001 but order not booked due to payment failed.
But till the date said amount not credited in my account.
I had mail /called several time but not proper response from your side.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the payment at the earliest

Hi this uma am booking one plus mobile but received ant any order number amount debited my account nd people r not responding when ever cal customer care he was Eresposbilly this is vle bazzar no vest bazar i wany my phone r my many u don’t reply am serious actions for u r bed site
Some how I was satisfied with the service, yes delay happened due to current situation of Lock down , shortage of courier staff and call center staff, with little effort I got in touch and got response. my order was delivered. I would recommend to my friends , it seems this is new player in the online market, rates compare is good a low .
This is because digital services are non-refundable and only prepaid orders are allowed on digital services. However, we make an exception for customers to receive the money back in their wallets for a better customer service.
