I placed the order and made payment for Brother HL-L2351DW printer through order ID #1418874. However, wrong printer model i.e. HL-L2321D is delivered. It is a lower version printer and much cheaper. I want to return the product and want my refund. I have placed my return request on the same day of delivery. I raised the complaint on their website and through mail on Feb 18, 20222. Their customer number never connects. Still no resolution or response. It is really a fraud website. Please ask the authority to fine and close them.
