We have encountered an issue where we received both the wrong item and a defective item. As a result, we initiated a return request and arranged for the product to be picked up and delivered to your store by around August 24th, 2023. The return request was accepted by Mr. Abhisheik Singh from VLE Bazaar, and a refund schedule was set on or before October 30th, 2023. However, despite the acceptance of the refund request, the status of the refund has remained pending on your end, and there has been no communication since we returned the item to your store. We attempted to reach out to your customer care representative at mobile numbe, but the call was unproductive. We kindly request an immediate refund once again. We urge you to take proactive measures to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
