I order 3 X Mi Security cameras 360° on worth rupees 7497/- (paid in advance through UPI) 2nd of November 2021 but still not delivered. I called them 9th November to get an update on my order and received an excuse from one of there customer service agent. Then I called up next day, received another excuse from different agent and do promise for dispatch my order in 48 hours. From that day to till today 15th November I asked them to dispatch my courier but didn’t get any positive response yet. So I canceled my order today and got an email from there fake website regarding my refund scheduled for 30th of November (15 days after cancellation). This is truly bull shit and ridiculous website. Never ever trust this website. Pay bit extra try to buy from local merchants or trust worthy website like AMAZON or FLIPKART.
