Ordered one refurbished mobile phone on 31/07/2020 and paid the amount of Rs. 18499/-. But no process has seen after 11 days also, so cancelled the order and requested for refund on 10/08/2020. But till now they are not giving any proper response, always their executives telling that today, tomorrow.. And finally their site also not available now.Please help me to get my refund as early as possible
