I purchased a Realme Buds Q Bluetooth Headset from Vlebazar on 4.12.2021 via cash on delivery. I recieved a defective product so asked for exchange. They exchanged but i had to pay for the replaced product too, as they forgot to change the mode of payment. Now i requested for refund as i paid twice for the same product. I was assured that the transaction would be done in 3-4 days. To my surprise firstly they did not refund my money, secondly i am not able to register my complain via generating ticket on their website. Requested a call back several time but all in vain. I also tried calling the help center number but after holding for exact 10 mins and playing a recording that you are 3…2…1… in que they are disconnecting.
Please look into the matter
